Wednesday, July 29th, 2009Some of us contemplate organising our very own an art show, others prefer to spectate, but for Alice Burns Aka Dogtired she has just pulled off the organisation of her second, IYTI (It’s Yours, Take It!) show in Belfast. The show featured no less than 100 pieces, submitted from various artists all over the world, with one main concept, that their pieces were free to the public. Banksy Versus Bristol Museum
Sunday, July 26th, 2009In his first exhibition since the early millennium, world renowned Street Artist Banksy is back with a show that sees him take over the Bristol Museum. The surprise show, announced a week previous to it opening, sees Banksy “remix” the current museum pieces, adding the expected Banksy twist on things. In addition to this over 100 of Banksy’s pieces, many of which have not been seen before are also included.
The exhibition is open daily till the 31st of August, check it out.

CMOAC Interview
Wednesday, July 22nd, 2009When Essex based Matt Gowler ain’t trolling the Internet, producing minimal electro or time travelling, he is designing and producing his art work. Matt has his style down to a tee, retaining the basic sketch elements in many of his characters and design, emphasising the character. I have turned to Matt in the past, seeking advice on all aspects of design, and i feel its time that he got some coverage.

Tuesday, July 21st, 2009Just stumbled across this amazing 200X200cm piece by LECKO. I stared at my screen for ages when i first came across this, the photo realism is unreal! so much detail. This may be down to the 300 stencils and 250 hours of work that went into the piece!
